Cosmans was our first stop. The treatment we received from "Jeff" defied description. Despite having the stools we loved, his approach and condescending attitude coupled with his aggression was shocking. How this man stays in business is beyond me. His roaring parting shot to me after he attempted to strong-arm me into purchasing 'right now' was: "I'm ready to write up the invoice NOW....you're either IN or you're IN THE WAY". Well Jeff...you don't push this lady around...I walked..with my two thousand dollars in cash firmly in my possession..and went down the street to successfuly deal with your competitor. Oh, did I say I TEACH assertiveness courses at a university level? I plan on using you as a poster boy for how NOT to treat others. You may want to swivel on your stools, and think about that.
